Understanding that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, we've implemented a clear cancellation policy to balance the interests of our valued customers and our operational needs.

If you need to cancel a day trip, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled start. This notice period ensures we can adjust our arrangements accordingly.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior, we won't be able to refund due to pre-made arrangements and associated costs.

In rare circumstances, if we need to cancel a trip because of uncontrollable factors like extreme weather, we'll inform you at the earliest and initiate a complete refund.
